Custom Home Building Process
START OF PROCESS
STEP ONE
Client meets with John Scheper and discusses house plans, general specifications, the residential’s community restrictive covenants if any, state and local building code compliance, and construction budget.
STEP TWO
The design/build plans are begun, guided by the homeowner and by Computer Automated Design (CAD) software. Because this software offers flexibility, changes to the plans can easily be made so that a customer’s wishes are always accommodated. Sometimes, homeowners ask that Scheper purchase “outside” plans and then revise them according to the homeowner’s wishes. Either way, plans are completed to the permitting stage.
