About The Builder

John Scheper has been a licensed contractor in South Carolina for over 30 years and has been designing and constructing unique homes for individuals and families in the South Carolina midlands.    Born and raised in the Carolinas, he understands the needs of his clients – both living here and moving to the area.    

John holds an unlimited contractors’s license and has a passion  for realizing his customer’s dreams.
